Full‑time permanent role based in Italy (Sicilia). 50% travel is expected, with a preference for candidates based in Palermo or Catania. The role offers hybrid working options in line with Astellas’ Responsible Flexibility Guidelines.
Purpose & Scope Responsible for delivering scientific information on assigned Astellas products and executing related marketing activities within the designated territory. Works closely with the Product Manager, Medical Manager, and Market Access to align actions with the company’s commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit specialist doctors at hospital facilities in the designated target area according to the quarterly schedule.
- Analyze and manage the assigned territory, identify deviations from forecasted sales, and propose solutions.




- Coordinate and participate in promotional initiatives, including conferences and training courses.
- Stay current on scientific and promotional topics related to products and conditions, preparing for periodic meetings.

Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a health‑related science or equivalent.
