Responsibilities
- Contribute to develop and execute long‑term strategies for the assigned commodity, ensuring best performance for procurement KPI.
- Integrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectives.
- New Product Development: drive supplier selection, development, and overall supplier management with support from engineering, sales, product leadership and other procurement team in accordance with the business strategy.
- Partner and act as a point of reference for Product Leadership, Sales and Engineering for product strategy of the assigned commodity.




- Develop negotiation strategies and lead negotiations to achieve stated goals and objectives of the supply chain for single purchase orders as well as strategic partnerships.
- Negotiate and issue purchase orders with suppliers achieving lowest possible cost for material, balanced against optimum quality and schedule needs.
- Develop procurement initiatives for cost‑out program, deflation, cycle reduction, BVC procurement and cash flow improvement (e.G., rebate, payment terms).
- Leverage S&OP; data to match and optimize supplier capacity with business goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Economics with experience in procurement or commodity management.
- Proven experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain.
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
