- Identify and target new client opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Conduct client meetings (in-person or virtual) to understand business needs and position our staffing services accordingly.
- Develop proposals and negotiate commercial terms aligned with company targets.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of candidates.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Track sales pipeline using CRM and report on progress against sales KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
- Stay informed on labor market trends,



competitors, and legislative updates affecting the staffing sector in Italy.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws and staffing models.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a full sales cycle.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational and CRM skills (e.G., Salesforce).
- Experience selling to mid-size and large companies in manufacturing, logistics, or IT.
- Familiarity with Staffing, RPO, and international staffing solutions.
- Existing portfolio of client contacts or industry network is a strong plus.

Base salary starts from €40,000
