Experteer Overview In this role you will support the management and evolution of Ferrero’s F&C; raw material portfolio, spanning flavours, colorants, chemicals and spices. You will work within a cross-functional R&D; ecosystem to ensure portfolio quality, documentation accuracy and alignment across references. You will help develop raw material libraries, manage technical data, and assist with sampling, evaluation and portfolio governance. Your work enables structured decision-making and continuous improvement in raw material management. This is a hands‑on, collaborative opportunity to influence product formulation and supplier collaboration in a global confectionery leader.Retribuzione / Benefits
- Contribute to the creation, structuring and ongoing management of the F&C; raw materials portfolio
- Maintain and update technical specifications and documentation across flavours, chemicals, colors and spices
- Develop and organize raw material libraries with external suppliers and capture key technical information




- Support availability of samples for testing and evaluation with lab teams
- Assist data management and analysis to enable structured monitoring and informed decisions
- Participate in raw material characterization, sensory evaluation and application activities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Procurement) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of portfolio initiatives

Responsabilità
- Master’s degree in Food Chemistry, Chemistry, Food Science or related field
- Experience in R&D; environments within food or flavour industries (desirable)
- Basic understanding of food and flavour regulations
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Curious, rigorous scientific mindset with a strong willingness to learn
- Fluency in English and strong collaboration skills
