Senior Art Director- MENA, Brand Innovation Lab
Amazon’s Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented, passionate, and a hands‑on Creative (Art Director) to conceptualise and create one‑of‑a‑kind campaigns for a wide range of brands across MENA. You’ll partner with Sales leads, Solutions Managers, Producers, and Design Technology and Engineering teams to create first‑class customer experiences both online and offline by innovating with the Amazon canvas (Prime Video, Alexa, Twitch, etc.). You’ll lead projects and own client relationships, focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while pushing the creative envelope from brief to execution, with a focus on our partnerships and sponsorships offering. From ideation through launch, you will be responsible for delivering ambitious, insightful, and data‑driven concepts that translate needs and constraints into customer‑focused brand campaign ideas and solutions. You will be equally strong at concept and execution and an expert in leveraging AI tools and workflows, articulating end‑to‑end creative solutions,



and turning that vision into high‑quality experiences. This could include video content, user interface designs for voice and screen, interaction models, prototypes, and interactive advertising campaigns. This role will use data and insights to create campaign strategy and concepts, develop designs and the look and feel for experiences, as well as templates for never‑before‑done brand campaigns and experiences that will solve customer problems, on and off Amazon platforms.
Candidates should have an in‑depth understanding of AI tools, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Figma and Webflow, (or an interest to learn Webflow), and understanding of UX design.
