We are seeking a committed and professionally driven agronomist to join our Raw Materials & Agricultural Projects team within Global R&I.; In line with our company’s values —responsibility, proximity, and progress— this role contributes directly to strengthening our agricultural supply chains and supporting innovation across global sourcing regions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct field assessments and agronomic evaluations to ensure continuous improvement across our raw material supply chains
- Support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of agricultural trials and research initiatives
- Collaborate closely with growers, technical partners, and internal cross‑functional teams to promote sustainable and high‑quality agricultural practices
- Produce clear, accurate documentation and contribute to structured reporting aligned with internal standards

Your Profile:
- Degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience: previous experience in technical assistance or supply chain coordination roles is preferred
- Strong knowledge of crop management and sustainable cultivation methods
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate field observations into actionable insightsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering respectful and solution oriented collaboration
- Proficiency in English;
additional languages are considered an advantage
- Availability for frequent business travel (approx. 50% of working time), including continuous intercontinental assignments of 5 months
