We are looking for a highly skilled and hands‑on System Integration Lead to drive the integration, validation, and optimization of our power conversion subsystem. In this role, you will act as the technical anchor for system integration, ensuring seamless interaction between embedded software, firmware, and hardware while supporting the development of next‑generation EV charging solutions. Working closely with Software, Hardware R&D;, Firmware, and NPI teams, you will play a key role in bringing innovative products from prototype to industrialization by driving system‑level quality, debugging complex issues, and ensuring robust integration across the entire subsystem.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and drive end‑to‑end system integration activities for the power conversion subsystem, ensuring stable and reliable system performance.
- Perform hands‑on HW/SW and firmware integration on real hardware platforms,



actively debugging and resolving complex system‑level issues.
- Lead bring‑up activities for new hardware revisions and prototypes, identifying issues early and providing structured feedback to R&D; and NPI teams.
- Act as the technical escalation point for integration challenges involving embedded software, firmware, hardware interfaces, communication protocols, timing, synchronization, and power electronics behavior.
- Own root cause analysis and drive resolution of system integration issues through close collaboration with software, firmware, and hardware teams.
- Manage and continuously improve integration environments, test benches, tools, workflows, and traceability processes to maximize efficiency and quality.
- Support system‑level validation and release readiness by assessing integration status, identifying risks, and communicating progress and limitations to key stakeholders.
