Open Field Advisory is looking for 3 people to join our team in Milan.
The official title is Activation & Client Delivery Manager.
The unofficial version is simpler: we are looking for people who make things happen.
Our work moves between sport, brands, talent, media, events and international opportunities.
Sometimes it starts with a conversation. Sometimes with a deck. Sometimes with a client asking, can we do something around this game, this athlete, this event, this market?
Then the real work begins:
- What does the client need?
- What does the talent need?
- Who is involved?
- Where does it happen?
- Who is moving where, when and how?
- What are the deliverables?
- What can go wrong?
- How do we make it feel smooth from the outside?

That is where this role comes in: we are looking for people who can be part account manager, part producer, part concierge and part firefighter.
People who can write a follow-up email, prepare a client recap, coordinate a transfer, brief a supplier, manage a guest list, solve a last-minute problem and still keep the client calm and happy.




The role will include:
- supporting outreach to selected Italian and European brands
- helping prepare presentations, proposals and client follow-ups
- coordinating clients, talent, venues, suppliers, schedules, transfers and deliverables
- being present on the field during activations, events and experiences
- solving last-minute problems with calm, speed and common sense
- making sure clients feel followed, protected and impressed

We are looking for people with:
- excellent Italian and English
- strong organization and communication skills
- curiosity for sport, brands, media, fashion, entertainment and culture
- commercial instinct, without a pushy sales attitude
- flexibility, speed and attention to detail
- the ability to stay calm when plans change
- familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Gemini, used to work smarter, not to outsource common sense
