As part of our new shop opening in Milan , we are looking for our future Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and represent the Sessùn brand.
Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)
Implement visual merchandising and the organisation of the front and back of the store, following Sessun standards under the supervision of the shop manager
Permanent contract - tempo pieno 40 hours
Ongoing training (in house and Yoobic - E-learning platform)
Creative and passionate about fashion, you have solid experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
You enjoy customer interaction and excel in active selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
You are both fluent in Italian and English.
