- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Maintain exceptional service, hygiene, and presentation standards across all outlets.
- Support the floor team during peak service periods and high-demand operations.
- Monitor service flow and guest experience from arrival to departure.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to deliver high-level performance.
- Foster a collaborative, positive, and guest-focused work environment.
- Identify training needs and support continuous learning and development.
- Ensure employees understand service expectations, procedures, and brand standards.
