JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for an exceptional PYP Teacher from August 2026. We

a rolling basis. We are looking for passionate teachers who give their students
hope for the future and can help them grow and be better than their previous
best.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

CLASSROOM TEACHING RESPONSIBILITIES (80%)

* Establish engaging, inquiry-driven classroom environments aligned with the IB
philosophy and the school’s mission

* Plan and deliver transdisciplinary units within the PYP framework

* Model and promote the IB Learner Profile attributes

* Assess and respond to student progress using a range of strategies

* Prepare lessons, assessments, and reports aligned with IB and school
requirements

* Use the learning management system effectively

* Provide timely and constructive feedback to students and parents

* Support students’ wellbeing and collaborate with Programme Heads and the
School Counsellor when needed

TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES (15%)

* Collaborate in unit planning, curriculum development, and interdisciplinary
projects

* Share resources, expertise, and best practices with colleagues

* Engage in professional development related to IB pedagogy and current
educational trends

SCHOOL-WIDE RESPONSIBILITIES (5%)

* Serve as a Homeroom Teacher

* Contribute to a positive and supportive school culture

* Undertake cover lessons and supervision duties as required

* Attend meetings (staff, subject, interdisciplinary, homeroom) as scheduled

* Fulfil supervision duties (lunch, arrival/dismissal, bus, break, etc.)

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area from an accredited
institution

* Recognized teaching qualification

* Experience and/or training
