Responsibilities Drive Engineering Teams Demand vs Capacity Analysis.
Analyze demand evolution over quarters to understand trends and variances versus actuals.
Ensure accurate and timely vouchering allocation for Engineering Teams.
Collaborate with Outsourcing Leader and Outsourcing Quality Leader to build the appropriate supply base.
Support the team in Milestones and Earned Value Management implementation and adoption.
Assist Functional Cost analysis to identify cost drivers and lead cost‐reduction actions.
Apply data analytics to Engineering processes.
Promote a proactive data‐driven approach throughout the engineering chain, acting as an ambassador for the mindset.




Develop positive relationships and collaborate closely with IET Engineering Leaders and Operations to enable decision‐making and share best practices.
Communicate results to a range of audiences, from key executives to operative resources.
Qualifications Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Engineering.
Significant experience in data management.
Proven analytical and organizational ability.
Exceptional ability to interact with global, multicultural teams and foster collaboration in matrix organizations.
Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
Strong problem‐identification and solution skills.
Experience working with internal stakeholders.
Strong oral and written communication skills for reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team coordination.
Desired Characteristics Experience in operations or finance.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
Green or Black Belt certification.
