We are supporting an international consumer products business seeking a Italian-speaking Field Support Representative to assist with a short-term customer support project across Italy.
This is a hands-on, travel-based role where you will visit customer locations, verify that products are functioning correctly, perform simple fixes as required, and provide clear diagnostic feedback to the head office team.
The role will involve early-morning customer visits, typically between 6am and 9am, so we are looking for someone who is comfortable with regular travel, well organised, reliable, and happy to work independently.
This could suit someone who is between roles, available immediately, and looking for a paid short-term project with a respected international brand.
What we are looking for:




Based in Italy
Fluent Italian speaker
Able to communicate in English with the head office
Comfortable travelling regularly across Italy, including 4 to 5 nights away when required
Organised, reliable and self-motivated
Confident carrying out simple product checks and light technical fixes
Able to report clear feedback and diagnostics after each visit
Available for a 2 to 3-month contract
Package:
€3,000 per month
All travel and work-related expenses are covered
Short-term freelance contract
Immediate start preferred
