About the role
The Administration Specialist will be responsible for execute the activities related to the accounting in compliance with DN Corporate policies/procedures, international standards and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Reporting
- Perform the applicable accounting activities related to Accounts Payable (Italian, EU and extra EU),



keeping track of company information and data and ensuring the compliance with the applicable VAT and financial guidelines, procedures and accounting principles.
- Main activity focus is to book invoices, checks, reconciliations and end of period accruals.
- Support the preparation of the financial statement, applying rules and accounting principles.
- Provide support and documentation for auditors.

Requirement
- At least high school degree in business administration, finance or accounting.
- At least 3 years’ experience in AFC department.
- Good knowledge of oral and written English;
- Good knowledge of Excel.
- Experience with SAP is a must
