Position
We’re looking for a Digital Product Specialist to join our IT & Digital Product team and help evolve myAtlante , our customer-facing digital platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how digital products work behind the scenes,



solving complex technical challenges and collaborating across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Brief Description Of The Role
The Digital Product Specialist supports the evolution and day-to-day reliability of myAtlante, Atlante’s customer-facing digital platform. Acting as a technical bridge between Product, Digital, Operations, Customer Care and external partners, this role investigates issues end to end, helps unblock delivery, and turns recurring operational problems into scalable solutions. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys understanding how digital products work in practice, solving technical problems, and improving processes through automation, data and structured analysis.
