Job Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers.
Develop, implement, and manage the strategic/local accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
- Adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends.
- Collaborate with Account Manager to implement sales strategy, understand channel strategy, establish related prices, prepare sales plans, review them and propose recovery plans when needed.
- Generate sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information, identifying and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Support tendering management process by reviewing RFQ, generating Bill of Quantity, price presentation,



and other relevant tasks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality, register required information into customer database, ensure technical reliability, safety and cost‑effective solutions to satisfy customer needs, comply with health and safety directives.
- Drive application of standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.) for the account.

Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Electrical/Energy/Mechanical/Automation/Electronic Engineering.
- At least 2 years of working experience (experience in a Technical Sales role is a plus).
- Good analytical skills, proactivity and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent ability to work in a team.
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English and Italian.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Salesforc
