We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing bartender ready to plunge into an overwhelming experience of glamour, entertainment and very strong commitment. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all bar operations. We are after a humble team player who is willing to grow and thinks outside of the box. Manage all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
Lead the bar team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
Restock, replenish and manage bar inventory and supplies.
Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
3 years of experience as a bartender.




Excellent English and Italian knowledge; additional languages will be considered a plus.
Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.
Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS).
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices.
Guest oriented and service minded.
