Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Specialist who will be responsible for developing preliminary solutions, technical and commercial offers. You will develop, implement and manage the strategic/local accounts strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability and customer satisfaction, and will coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.
Responsibilities
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, handle complaints and provide effective solutions, adapt to changing market conditions and client requirements, and continuously update knowledge of industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to implement sales strategy, understand channel strategy, establish related prices and prepare sales plans, review them and propose recovery plans when needed.




- Generate sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information and exploring potential new service portfolios.
- Support the tendering management process by reviewing RFQs, generating Bills of Quantity, price presentations and other relevant tasks.
- Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to risk assessments related to price and quality, register required information into the customer database, and ensure technical reliability, safety and cost‑effective solutions to satisfy customer needs. Comply with health and safety directives.
- Drive application of standardized Marketing & Sales processes and tools (Salesforce, account plans, etc.) for the account.
