Define and lead the global EHS strategy, ensuring compliance, consistency and alignment across all international operations;
Provide functional leadership to the global HSE network, coordinating site EHS teams worldwide and driving standardisation, governance and best practice sharing;
Monitor EHS performance through KPIs, analyse trends and report insights and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team;
Lead global environmental and sustainability initiatives, including the environmental component of ESG reporting;
Partner with Business Unit leaders to implement EHS programmes, safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives;
Promote a strong safety culture and zero‑harm mindset across all levels of the organisation;




Oversee global EHS training programmes to ensure effectiveness and compliance;
Standardise and optimise EHS systems, tools and processes across all sites.
Proven experience in a senior HSE leadership role within a global industrial environment;
Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate international and geographically dispersed teams;
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
In‑depth knowledge of international HSE regulations and standards;
Relevant university degree and EHS certifications;
Fluent in English and Italian, Spanish is considered a plus;
Availability for frequent international travel.
