Lead the development of design specifications and models, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and regulations.
Conduct thorough design reviews and verifications, implementing modifications to elevate project quality.
Monitor and manage project timelines,



ensuring design milestones are achieved and projects are delivered on schedule.
Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and seek opportunities for design innovations.
Engage with customers to capture and incorporate their feedback into design solutions, enhancing customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure designs are manufacturable and cost-effective, selecting optimal materials and components.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation that supports design processes and facilitates knowledge sharing.
Identify and implement continuous design improvements based on test results and industry best practices, enhancing quality and efficiency.
Degree in mechanical engineering, or a related field.
English fluency is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively in the local language of your chosen location.
