This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, account management, or client-facing roles who are interested in relocating to Portugal and working remotely within the country.

Support customers via phone, email, and chat

Troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction

Profile We’re Looking For

Fluent Italian and good English level
Previous experience in sales, customer support, retail, hospitality, or other client-facing environments
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
Tech-savvy and adaptable

Schedule

Monday to Saturday (rotational shifts) or Monday to Friday
2 days off per week
