JOB PURPOSE

The F&B; Operations & New Openings Lead supports the global development and
operational implementation of the Group’s Food & Beverage initiatives. The role
acts as a point of reference between the F&B; team, internal departments, and
external stakeholders, ensuring the successful development of new openings, the
optimization of existing locations, and the implementation of strategic projects
for the Prada and Miu Miu brands.





The position contributes to business performance by supporting the achievement
of annual financial targets, through performance monitoring, trend analysis, and
the implementation of targeted operational actions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Global F&B; Development and New Openings

* Support the end-to-end development of new F&B; openings globally, from the
planning phase to operational implementation.
* Coordinate the full project lifecycle, including concept definition,
planning, timeline management, and operational readiness for opening.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, retail, marketing, procurement,
finance, HR) and external partners to ensure proper project execution.
* Support the definition of F&B; concepts, menus, equipment, layouts, uniforms,
operational materials, and tableware.
* Contribute to defining the business model for each project (direct vs.
indirect management).
* Support the process of obtaining licenses and
