Order Fulfilment Intern

Join our Order Fulfilment Team and gain hands-on experience in managing sales orders and shipments for our German colleagues.

As an intern, you will support daily Order Fulfilment activities while contributing to a key company project: the implementation of a new ERP system. This is a unique opportunity to be involved in a strategic business transformation and collaborate with different departments across the organization.

What You Will Do

Support the management of customer sales orders and their deliveries;
Process sales orders and maintain delivery dates in the ERP system;
Analyse open orders and coordinate with Production Planning to ensure product availability;
Monitor stock availability and support goods allocation to customers and distribution centres;

Who You Are

Student or recent graduate in Economics, Statistics, Humanities, or related fields;
Fluent in English;
Knowledge of German (both written and spoken) is mandatory;
Very good analytical and problem-solving skills;
Proactive, curious,



and eager to learn;
Team player with good communication skills.
