JOB SUMMARY:
Our Production team is in need of a Production Quality Engineer to collect
quality metrics for products with an aim in practicing and executing design
feedback for manufacturing, product quality improvement management, covering
post-sales product quality and services support, and customer satisfaction. The
Production Quality Engineer is primarly responsible for the quality functions
covering supply chain and incoming quality, and in-house manufacturing quality,
product reliability and performance quality. The individual will work with the
senior management of the global production operations in establishing
quality-focus teams, mandating standard practices of quality principles, and
will attend to the oversight responsibility to all global operations sites,
cross-functional departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Review and adhere to all company policies as outlined in the latest
revision of the Employee Handbook and comply with all terms and conditions
of applicable employment agreements.
2. Manage comprehensive quality issue analysis and generate thorough Failure
Analysis (FA) reports from a quality perspective.
3. Demonstrate strong quality assurance capabilities, particularly in
evaluating material data sheets and adherence to specified criteria.
4. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to
achieve and sustain superior product qualit
