This is a great opportunity for a talented professional to join our team as a Customer Care, supporting sales operations in Northern Italy. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, working with direct sales, an expanded product portfolio, and mixed truck deliveries.
Your responsabilities
Ensuring correct and complete order processing in ERP (SAP S/4HANA) including pricing, delivering term and conditions.




Acting as link between customers and sales manager adressing order-related questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Preparing bag layouts and labels in line with customers' requirements and applicable local legislation.
Coordinating and managing orders, ensuring accurate preparation of required documentation
Working closely with colleagues from Regulatory Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Finance.
The skills you'll need
Bachelor's degree.
Previous experience in a similar Customer Care, Customer Service, or Sales Support role.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
