Job Summary

the Project Engineer is
responsible for successful execution of Ingersoll Rand ETO Rotary Orders and
continuous improvement opportunities to elevate the team, the business, and
themselves. The Project Engineer will ensure project requirements are met
throughout the life of customer orders and improvement project. The Project
Engineer will work closely with the Project Manager and other members of the
Design teams along with the Operations and Manufacturing teams for
cross-functional success and customer satisfaction. He/She will attend internal
and external (customers, vendors and packagers) kick-off meetings, manage
customer communications, and work with Design Engineering, customers and
suppliers on scope via technical discussions. Continuous improvement is a
cornerstone of Ingersoll Rand Engineering, and he/she will be heavily involved
