Scope of the Role





Within the Global Commercial Operations & Execution Team, the Regional RX
Commercial Operations Lead is accountable for accelerating the global
development and in-market performance of the Prescription Medicines portfolio,
working in close partnership with country organizations.

The role acts as a senior Global–Local commercial leader, ensuring alignment
with global brand and franchise strategies for strategic products, while
enabling superior country planning, launch execution and sustained in-market
performance.

Covering established and innovative products across primary care, specialty
care, hospital and rare disease segments, the role requires a deep understanding
of local market dynamics, regulatory and market access environments, and complex
stakeholder ecosystems, and plays a critical role in building long-term
commercial capabilities across RX markets.
