Eurolink S.C.p.A., an international consortium of companies led by Webuild and
tasked with designing and building the Messina Strait Bridge, is looking for a
Civil Marine Engineer to join its Engineering department at the construction
site.

The candidate will initially be based at the Rome office. Approximately one year
after joining the company, the candidate will be permanently assigned to the
project site.





The position involves coordinating and supervising maritime engineering
activities related to the Messina Bridge project, ensuring the correct planning,
validation, and technical integration of design and construction solutions.

Main activities

• Definition and evaluation of design solutions for the project's maritime
works;

• Analysis of technical critical issues and proposal of improvement
solutions;

• Coordination with engineering teams, external designers, and specialist
suppliers;

• Periodic inspections of the areas affected by the temporary and permanent
works;

• Support to Technical Coordinators in the preparation of technical bids and
the definition of construction methods;

• Assistance to technical services and the Project Management in the
verification of the executive design and the management of any variations;
