YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven Tender Specialist to join our
Customer Service Team at Technogym HQ (Cesena, Italy). In this role you will
have the opportunity to build upon the recent improvements in processes and win
rate and to ensure that all Technogym tender submissions are timely, high
quality and commercially correct.
You will primarily be responsible for project management (timeline creation and
follow-ups), editing and formatting
of tender response documents as and when they are required by customers. You
will also be responsible for maintaining an online bid library, updating and
rewriting materials as time permits, and reporting on tender win/loss rates and
values.
YOUR IMPACT
* Identify, research, and monitor tenders (public and private), for the supply
of both goods and services;
* Coordinate all phases necessary to execute the tender, proactively
collaborating with Sales function;
* Evaluate technical and financial requirements for participation in the
tender;
* Coordinate administrative and bureaucratic procedures, including the
production of all do
