What are we looking for?

Experience, Skills, Capabilities (must-haves)

2+ years of experience in SEO, preferably with online stores or websites operating in competitive markets.
Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
A collaborative approach to problem-solving and idea sharing
Analytical skills and experience working with data to make informed decisions
A passion for SEO and data

Traits & Personality (must-haves)

Nice-to-haves

Degree in a research-oriented field,



preferably one that is rooted in quantitative research (Biology, Psychology, Economics, etc.) or requires structured thinking and frameworks (Political Science, Law, Philosophy etc.).
Skills and familiarity with relevant data tools (e.g: Looker Studio/Sheets/Power BI/GA4) – very nice to have.
Some practical level of coding knowledge (Python/JS)
An understanding of leveraging AI for productivity (agents, fine-tuning, embeddings, etc.)
