Position: Trainee (CA) – Finance & Accounts

Location: Kolkata

Reporting To: Finance Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We are seeking a Chartered Accountant (Fresher) / CA Inter to work on core finance functions including financial reporting, taxation, compliance, and real estate project accounting. The role offers direct exposure to RERA compliance, audit processes, and financial analysis in a structured business environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of financial statements, schedules, and audit deliverables
Handle GST & TDS compliance, returns, and reconciliations
Support RERA compliance, project-wise accounting, and revenue recognition




Perform MIS reporting, variance analysis, and financial data validation
Manage ledger scrutiny, balance sheet reconciliations, and documentation
Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for compliance and reporting

Requirements

Qualified CA (mandatory)
Strong conceptual clarity in Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Compliance
Working knowledge of Excel, Tally/ERP systems

Key Skills
