profitability, and operational KPIs with a clear performance mindset. Through transparent reporting and data-driven decisions, you ensure visibility and reliability for C-level management.
Team Building & Organizational Development: You lead and evolve the existing team while scaling our local Italian organization across all functions into a robust setup. You establish clear structures and defined interfaces with our Munich HQ, strengthening processes and creating an environment that fosters ownership, collaboration, and professional growth.
Market Development & Growth Strategy: You are responsible for the strategic and operational expansion of our Italian business, laying the foundation for sustainable, scalable growth. You develop the market with entrepreneurial foresight and set clear priorities aligned with our global growth strategy.
