You will play a key role in developing tools, KPIs, and analytical frameworks that enhance business performance, support decision‑making, and drive operational efficiency—ultimately improving the service we deliver to our customers. Acting as a bridge between Operations, IT, and business stakeholders, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives and ensure business requirements are translated into impactful analytical solutions.



/p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver timely and accurate reports and dashboards for both internal and external stakeholders /li liDevelop and maintain KPI dashboards (internal external customer focus) /li liDesign and build reports using Power BI and DAX /li liSupport the development and maintenance of Azure/Power BI databases /li liDrive automation and simplification of reporting processes /li liContribute to operational and contractual reporting within cross‑functional projects /li liAnalyze business processes and identify opportunities for performance improvement and optimization /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science /li liAt least 2 years of experience in a similar role, data analysis, or predictive modelling /li liStrong knowledge of SQL, Power BI (including DAX), data modelling and analytics tools /li liSolid understanding of analytical methods and performance measurement systems /liliFluency in English /li liStrong focus on continuous improvement and innovation /li liAbility to translate business needs into data‑driven solutions /li /ul h3Salary /h3 pSalary range: €35,000 – €40,000 gross per year /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
