ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and govern a portfolio of GDCL projects, ensuring alignment with business strategy, financial targets, and operational priorities. /li liEstablish and maintain portfolio management standards, cadence, and reporting, including prioritization, resource allocation, risk management, and performance metrics. /li liPartner with cross-functional leaders (Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, RD, and Commercial) to drive on‑time, on‑budget execution of strategic initiatives. /li liIdentify interdependencies, risks, and trade‑offs across initiatives and proactively recommend mitigation and optimization strategies. /li liProvide executive‑level communication, including portfolio dashboards, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership. /li liLead, coach, and develop project managers and portfolio resources, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration. /li liDrive adoption of project and portfolio management best practices, tools, and methodologies across GDCL. /li liEnsure projects comply with applicable quality, regulatory, and governance requirements within a regulated medical device environment. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. /li li8–10 years of progressive experience in project, program,
or portfolio management within supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or a related environment. /li liDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross‑functional portfolios with significant business impact. /li liStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills, including influencing at the senior leadership level. /li liProven ability to establish governance, prioritize initiatives, and manage resources across competing demands. /li liExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences). /li liStrong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving capabilities. /li liFamiliarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies (Preferred). /li liAdvanced proficiency with project/portfolio management tools and enterprise systems (Preferred). /li liPrior people‑management or matrix leadership experience (Preferred). /li liLanguage: English (additional languages a plus). /li /ul h3Core Competencies /h3 pDemonstrates expertise in leading and governing complex project portfolios within regulated environments, ensuring alignment with business strategy and operational priorities.
