/strong /pulliWelcome clients to the Balmain Store experience by ensuring first-class customer service and personal follow-up; /liliBe a real Brand Ambassador by building loyalty and client confidence and maximising profitable sales; /liliSupport the Sales Team in order to carry out smooth and successful transactions with their clients; /liliAssist on-and-off the sales floor; /liliSupport with visual merchandising directives and back-of-house duties such as shipping and inventory control; /liliGather the client's CRM details to maintain the relationship and build the book ensuring a personal follow-up with the client; /liliActively drive your product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends, participating in-store training, updating yourself on all product lines and searching out relevant information on products; /liliSupport control and management of stock /li /ulpThis position requires at least 2 years of experience on a similar assignment within a strong Luxury House like ours. /ppCandidates have to be familiar with luxury brand service standards and bring a client book of potential significant clients. /ppRegular attendance and punctuality. /ppAbility to professionally interact with management and coworkers. /ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills. /ppStrong organizational skills, multi-tasking and prioritizing capabilities. /ppFluency in English is mandatory. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
