APL Lavoro Network, branch of Comun Attuale, is seeking and selecting, for a client company operating in the rubber and plastics sector, a position of:
**QUALITY MANAGER** **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Prepare and present Quality performance reports to management.
- Work closely with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to ensure quality is maintained at all stages of the process.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze quality metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.ù
- Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product testing. **REQUIRED**: - Minimum 10-year experience in quality management areas of automotive or consumer industries;




- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or technolog;
- 5 years in supervisor positions;
- Result driven and good sense of urgency.
- Core Quality tools including PFMEA, Control Plan, capability study, MSA, PPAP and safe launch;
- QMS knowledge, development and maintenance. **Workplace**: Dalmine (BG) **Working hours**: Full-time 40 hours **Salary**: €60,000 / €75,000 **A permanent contract is offered.**
