Operational Leadership: Lead day-to-day operations across multiple business functions while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and consistent service delivery standards. Process Improvement:



Analyze existing workflows and implement scalable operational solutions that improve productivity, reduce bottlenecks, and support business growth. Team Management: Manage and mentor department supervisors and operational staff. Foster a performance-driven culture focused on accountability and collaboration. Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to develop operational goals, resource planning strategies, and long-term business initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Track operational KPIs, prepare executive reports, and recommend data-driven improvements that enhance organizational performance. Risk and Compliance Oversight: Ensure operational procedures comply with company standards, legal requirements, and industry regulations while proactively identifying operational risks. What We Are Looking For:
**Experience**: 7+ years of experience in operations management, business administration, or corporate services, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role. Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams, improving operational performance, and leading organizational change initiatives. Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present operational strategies clearly to executive leadership. Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret operational data, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical business solutions in a fast-paced environment. Technology Skills: Experience using ERP systems, reporting platforms, Microsoft Excel, and operational management software. Language Skills: Italian and English professional proficiency is preferred for internal coordination and international business communication.
