We are looking for a Senior Revenue and Reservations Manager who can lead our commercial booking strategy while optimizing occupancy, revenue growth, and guest satisfaction. You will oversee reservations operations, pricing strategies, and distribution channels while collaborating with leadership, marketing, and guest relations teams. **Revenue Strategy Management**: Develop and execute pricing strategies that maximize occupancy, average daily rates,



and overall property revenue across seasonal and international travel markets. **Reservations Operations**: Lead the reservations team and ensure smooth handling of guest inquiries, bookings, modifications, and VIP requests with exceptional service standards. **Channel Optimization**: Manage relationships and performance across OTAs, direct booking platforms, and travel agency partnerships while improving conversion rates and profitability. **Data Analysis and Forecasting**: Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, occupancy reports, and forecasting metrics to support strategic business decisions. **Team Leadership**: Mentor and support reservations coordinators and revenue specialists through coaching, performance reviews, and operational guidance. **Stakeholder Collaboration**: Work closely with finance, guest experience, and marketing departments to align revenue goals with brand positioning and customer satisfaction initiatives. **What We Are Looking For**:
**Experience**: 6+ years of experience in hospitality revenue management, reservations leadership, or luxury travel operations, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role. **Industry Knowledge**: Strong understanding of luxury hospitality operations, dynamic pricing models, distribution systems, and guest service excellence. **Technical Skills**: Experience using PMS platforms, channel managers, CRM systems, and revenue management software. Advanced Excel and reporting skills are highly preferred. **Language Skills**: Italian and English professional proficiency are required for guest communication and international business coordination. Additional European languages are considered an advantage. **Leadership Style**: You are organized, commercially minded, and proactive. You understand how to balance operational efficiency with exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
