Educa International School is expanding its International Admissions Team and is seeking a dynamic, results-driven professional with a strong commercial mindset to support the school's international growth.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for prospective families, educational agencies, and international partners, transforming enquiries into qualified opportunities while developing long-term strategic relationships. The role is focused on opening new markets, building partnerships, and supporting the international recruitment strategy before prospects are transferred to the Admissions Team for the final enrolment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, qualify, and nurture leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and international recruitment channels.
- Develop and maintain commercial relationships with international educational agencies, consultants, and strategic partners.
- Conduct online presentations, introductory meetings, and commercial follow-up activities.
- Represent Educa International School at international education fairs, exhibitions, and networking events, promoting the school's educational project.
- Maintain and update the CRM, ensuring qualified prospects are effectively transferred to the Admissions Team.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, business development, sales, or marketing roles.




- Proven ability to build relationships and develop new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent English is essential; additional languages are considered a strong advantage.
- International mindset, proactive attitude, and strong organizational skills.
- Availability for frequent international travel to attend education fairs, exhibitions, and meetings with educational partners.
