With help from us here at Phoenix51, Aspen are now seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to lead their warehousing, supply chain and procurement operations across multiple sites in the Padua region.

This is a strategic leadership role offering the opportunity to influence performance, drive operational excellence and develop teams within a rapidly growing international business.

The Opportunity

As Senior Operations Manager, you will take ownership of multiple operational sites, leading through your management team to deliver exceptional service, efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for the overall performance of the operation, including inventory management, supplier relationships, financial performance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Reporting into senior leadership, you will play a key role in helping build an operation capable of supporting ongoing business growth and future acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead warehousing, supply chain and procurement operations across multiple sites.
- Drive operational performance,



service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, supplier partnerships and procurement activities.
- Hold accountability for budgets and P&L; performance.
- Lead, coach and develop operational managers and leadership teams.
- Create a positive, high-performing and customer-focused culture.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and efficiency gains.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers and suppliers.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and business expansion plans.

About You

- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Positive, proactive and solutions-oriented approach.

Preferred

- Fluent Italian and English.
- Experience within distribution, manufacturing,



logistics or supply chain environments.
- Experience supporting business growth, transformation or organisational change.
