Job Description

As an independent chef, you are responsible for the daily preparation and cooking of dishes within our kitchen.

Duties

- ingredients are prepared independently

- application of basic cooking techniques

- provide input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods

- responsible for inventory and order management

- technically supervising assistant(s).

Job Requirements

- MBO 3 working and thinking level

- demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques

We offer

Market-rate salary between €2,510 and €3,050 gross per month

(depending on experience, in accordance with the Hospitality CLA -- Job Group V)
