As a key member of the Finance Team, you will drive planning, financial analysis, and operational excellence while partnering across functions to enable profitable growth and continuous improvement across the region.



/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeliver in-depth performance controlling and analysis for all PL elements (Net Sales, OPEX, OP) across products, channels and markets. /li liAnalyze business performance, run PL simulations and scenario analyses, identify risks/opportunities, and propose solutions. /li liMonitor KPIs, analyze variances, and develop actionable insights for stakeholders. /li liLead ad-hoc financial analysis and business case development to support investment decisions. /li liPrepare and present management reporting packages to business leaders. /li liCoordinate planning cycles including forecasts, budgets, and mid-term plans, ensuring alignment with business targets. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve systems, reports, and processes. /li liDrive continuous improvement initiatives across the finance organization, including digital transformation. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience Required /h3 pEducation: University degree required. Preferred: Accounting Controlling, Business Administration, Engineering. /p pExperience (years): Minimum 5 years in senior finance business controlling roles, ideally within a multinational environment. Ability to work within a matrix organization. /p pTechnical Skills: Strong financial, business, and consumer acumen. Advanced analytical and financial modelling skills. Proficiency with large datasets and complex systems. Ability to deliver high-quality outputs under time pressure. /p pLanguage Skills: English required. /p pSoft/Behavioral Skills: Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration skills. Customer-focused, proactive, pragmatic,



and solution-oriented. High level of accuracy, precision, and attention to detail.
