The reference point for the world's elite at international city events such as the Biennale, Carnival and the Venice Film Festival. /ph3What We Offer /h3ulliProfessional career progression at international level in 10.000 Marriott hotels /liliLearning and development opportunities online, on the job and in-class /liliDiscounts on hotel rooms, gift shop items, food and beverage /liliEncouraging management Team-spirited colleagues /liliCharity events, Wellbeing activities and voluntary work in the community of Venice through the TakeCare program /liliCanteen service and uniform /li /ulh3What You’ll Do /h3ulliAssist manager and supervisors in inspecting guest rooms, public areas, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards. /liliRun sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms. /liliAssist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. /liliAct as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. /liliDocument issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. /liliUnder the guidance of a supervisor, prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/workboards.



Communicate issues to next shift. /liliComplete required paperwork. /liliUse company tools, such as GXP and Opera for department operations /liliFollow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; /liliReport any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. /liliEnsure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. /liliMaintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. /liliSupport all co-workers and treat them with dignity and respect. /liliSupport team to reach common goals. /liliComply with quality assurance expectations and standards. /liliEnter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by the Housekeeper Manager. /liliFollow Standard Operating Procedures and the brand guidelines /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy. Valid work permit for tempo pieno role (40 hours/week). /liliAt least intermediate Italian and English /liliPrevious housekeeping supervisory experience is a big plus /liliUnderstanding of rooms operations and luxury hospitality /liliIdeally, technical knowledge of Opera /liliReliability, Motivation,
