GRC maintains the enterprise risk framework, provides oversight and challenge, and monitors key risks. By embedding risk discipline into strategy and operations, GRC enables responsible growth, innovation, and long-term value creation while protecting customers and shareholders. The Italy CRO function is part of the Int’l CRO team, within Global Risk and Compliance (GRC). It is responsible for identifying and overseeing risk across all processes. The Senior Manager, Financial Risk Management Italy, within the GRC organization, is responsible for establishing the second line of defense framework for the areas under its responsibility for the Italian market. We are seeking an experienced risk leader to be a part of this exciting journey. The incumbent will identify, assess, measure, manage and report risk and strengthen the governance structure for our Italian businesses. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liParticipate in Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) refresh process and seek to align International Legal Entities (ILE) Financial Risk metrics with Enterprise (as far as possible) /li liProvide Financial Risk credible challenge to Legal Entity (LE) projects, strategies and in the Change Advisory Forums. /li liUnderstand and speak to the Financial Risk profile of the LE based on aggregation of data and reporting /li liAct as main point of contact for Financial Risk for LE regulator, Audit and ILE Leadership, and requests for Financial Risk program/results requests /li liLE specific committee Financial Risk representative, and point of contact for Financial Risk at LE board meetings (as required) /li liOwn ILE R Financial Risk policies and frameworks, where required /li liInfluence Enterprise Financial Risk e Framework/Policies/Programs to ensure fit for purpose for ILE,
and support ILE deployment of Enterprise Financial Risk programs /li liAdvise business on applicability and effective execution of Financial Risk frameworks /li liCoordinate with enterprise Risk Lead on 2nd Line testing, and/or support ILE Financial Risk testing provide output of ILE testing to Enterprise for awareness and risk aggregation /li liEnsure appropriate communication of risks between ILE and Enterprise /li liSupport the ILE Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in their oversight duties aligned to the Risk Governance Framework and applicable polices /li liReviewing Issues and findings related to risk type impacting ILE, and overseeing effective remediation /li li2nd Line of Defense ILE oversight lead for Regulatory Change Managements relating to Risk Type. /li liWork with Enterprise team to develop LE metrics dashboard, including RAF metrics, aligned with applicable regs /li liReview, approve and challenge applicable models impacting the ILE /li liLead a Financial Risk analyst /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Minimum Qualifications /h3 ul li5+ years of leadership experience in risk management or a similar role; /li liStrong business acumen with a risk-reward control perspective; /li liExperience in interacting with regulators and familiarity with Italian regulatory landscape and requirements; /li liDemonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple priorities under pressure; /li liFluency in both English and Italian (verbal and written); /li liAdvanced degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred. /li /ul h3Leadership Skills /h3 ul liProven leader who can build, inspire, and coach a team with a passion for the business; /li liExcellent relationship and influence management skills with the ability to build productive relationships across teams and levels of seniority; /li liSelf-confident with a strong sense of integrity and the ability and willingness to challenge and be challenged; /li liProactive in identifying issues, delivering and escalating key findings, and advising on recommended solutions to correct issues or mitigate risks; /li liAbility to communicate oversight findings to colleagues, business partners,
