The role ensures the highest standards of educational quality, operational readiness and timely deployment of training solutions across countries. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Training Design Development /h3ulliDesign and develop technical and non technical AFS training programs. /liliLead the pedagogical engineering of training projects: define educational approach, learning paths, structure, and tools. /liliCollect and validate all necessary information and technical content required for the training design. /liliDetermine and secure all resources needed (vehicles, engines, components, tools, products, classrooms, digital assets, etc.). /liliEnsure all training content is accurate, up to date, and aligned with product evolutions. /liliVerify that trainings can be efficiently deployed at country level. /li /ulh3Training Delivery Maintenance /h3ulliConduct Train the trainer and other training sessions when, where and how is required for internal teams, dealers, technical staff or external partners. /liliTest and validate trainings under real or representative conditions. /liliUpdate and maintain training materials across all formats (presentations, digital modules, videos, exercises…).



/liliUpload and maintain training kits in DAMS and LMS platforms. /liliEnsure availability of all language versions defined in the project scope. /li /ulh3Deliverables /h3ulliTNIS – Technical Need Identification Sheet, validated with customers, management, and training providers when applicable. /liliDefined and documented educational objectives. /liliComplete and structured training design package. /liliValidation reports of training tests. /liliVerification that training providers respect educational objectives and content accuracy. /liliUpload training kits and materials in DAMS and LMS. /liliDelivery of planned training sessions (Train the Trainer). /li /ulh3Quality Assurance /h3ulliEnsure the overall quality and consistency of all training materials and sessions. /liliSupport and assess “test training” sessions to confirm alignment with customer expectations. /liliIdentify, report, and correct any deviations in content quality, organization, or delivery. /liliConduct Level 1 satisfaction surveys and achieve the satisfaction targets set by the company. /li /ulh3Profile /h3h3Skills Competencies /h3ulliAbility to learn new products rapidly and reach a mastery level enabling the delivery of training during new product launches. /liliStrong analytical and problem solving skills. /liliStrong communication skills (written and verbal).
