It will feature 83 guestrooms and suites and offer exceptional restaurants, bars, event spaces and a world‑class spa. /p h3Role Summary /h3 pbMarketing Communications Manager /b – You will develop and execute integrated marketing and communications strategies to position the resort as a premier luxury alpine destination. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, you will oversee public relations, brand communications, content development, partnerships, events and CSR initiatives. /p h3Pre‑Opening Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the development and implementation of the resort's pre‑opening Marketing Communications strategy in collaboration with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Corporate Marketing Communications. /li liDevelop and execute launch campaigns to build awareness across domestic and international markets. /li liCreate the resort's marketing and PR collateral, including press kits, fact sheets, biographies, presentations and brand messaging. /li liEstablish relationships with key media, luxury travel publications, tourism boards, influencers and strategic partners. /li liCoordinate pre‑opening media visits, influencer stays, familiarisation trips and launch events. /li liCollaborate closely with Sales, Revenue, Operations and Corporate teams to ensure a consistent and impactful market launch. /li liSupport the planning and execution of the official opening and other high‑profile promotional events. /li /ul h3Marketing Communications /h3 ul liDevelop and implement integrated Marketing Communications strategies aligned with the resort's commercial objectives and Mandarin Oriental brand standards. /li liOversee the resort's public relations activities, media engagement and external communications. /li liProduce compelling marketing and PR content, including press releases, newsletters, speeches, presentations and promotional materials. /li liEnsure consistency in brand positioning, messaging,
storytelling and tone of voice across all communication channels. /li liCollaborate with Digital Marketing to support website content, email marketing, CRM initiatives and social media campaigns. /li liMonitor campaign performance, media coverage and marketing KPIs, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations. /li /ul h3Public Relations /h3 ul liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, tourism authorities and luxury brand partners. /li liCoordinate media enquiries, interviews, press visits, photography and video productions. /li liManage PR agencies and ensure alignment with Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Corporate Communications. /li liSupport crisis communication activities when required, ensuring accurate and timely messaging. /li /ul h3Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) /h3 ul liDevelop and coordinate CSR initiatives aligned with Mandarin Oriental's sustainability commitments and community engagement objectives. /li liBuild partnerships with local organisations, charities and community stakeholders. /li liPromote CSR initiatives internally and externally to maximise awareness and engagement. /li liMonitor and report on CSR activities and their overall impact. /li /ul h3Events Partnerships /h3 ul liPlan and execute marketing events, brand activations, PR initiatives, VIP experiences and community events. /li liManage event logistics, budgets, suppliers, guest lists and timelines. /li liCoordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure flawless execution. /li liEvaluate event performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
/li /ul h3Brand Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liEnsure all marketing and communications initiatives comply with Mandarin Oriental brand guidelines. /li liCollaborate closely with Commercial, Operations, Revenue, Spa, Food Beverage and Corporate teams. /li liDevelop strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. /li liManage relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure quality, creativity and cost efficiency. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or a related field. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Marketing Communications within luxury hospitality, luxury lifestyle brands or premium consumer brands. /li liPrevious pre‑opening experience is highly desirable. /li liProven expertise in integrated marketing, public relations, partnerships and brand communications. /li liStrong knowledge of luxury hospitality marketing trends and guest engagement strategies. /li liExcellent copywriting, storytelling and presentation skills. /li liExperience managing media relations, events, influencer collaborations and strategic partnerships. /li liStrong commercial awareness with analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and marketing effectiveness. /li liExcellent project management, organisational and leadership skills. /li liCreative, proactive and innovative mindset with exceptional attention to detail. /li liExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. /li liFluency in English and Italian is essential; additional languages are considered an advantage. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 p€55,000 – €60,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL) /p h3Benefits /h3 pWe offer a competitive compensation package aligned with the luxury hospitality market, plus career development opportunities, learning development programmes, complimentary stays and colleague rates (MOstay), health wellbeing initiatives, colleague comfort benefits and other advantages. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
