The role manages end-to-end sourcing activities for IT categories, delivering value, innovation, risk mitigation and supplier performance while acting as a trusted procurement partner for IT and business stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the Head of Group Category Management to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. /ph3More specifically, you will: /h3ulliManage end-to-end sourcing processes for IT categories: RFP/RFQ, supplier selection, negotiation and contracting /liliSupport the development and execution of Group IT category strategies in coordination with IT leadership /liliNegotiate software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom and IT services agreements /liliIdentify savings, cost avoidance and value creation opportunities through demand challenge, benchmarking and supplier competition /liliManage supplier relationships, performance reviews,



renewals and issue resolution for key IT vendors /liliPartner with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Privacy and IT teams to ensure contractual, compliance and risk requirements are addressed /liliEnsure adoption of Group Procurement Guidelines, P2P processes and procurement tools such as SAP Ariba and Vendor Portal /li /ulh3WHO YOU ARE /h3pYou bring 8+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing or vendor management roles, preferably with solid exposure to IT categories within international and matrix organizations; You’re skilled in software, SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, hardware, telecom and/or IT professional services procurement; You have a strong understanding of IT contracts, licensing models, service levels, renewals and supplier performance management; You are structured, analytical and business-oriented, with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear commercial strategies; You have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. /ph3WHAT WE OFFER /h3pThe position provides for a base salary between: 50.000 € - 60.000 € /ppRemuneration is determined on objective criteria, regardless of gender. /ppWithin the base salary range, individual pay is determined by knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
