In this role, you will drive Manufacturing Excellence by guiding the Cell Leader in loss analysis, standardization, and capability building, ensuring compliance with operational standards and continuous improvement on the shopfloor. /p h3What you will do /h3 ullibTarget Deployment: /bBuild loss map with Cell Leader, define initiatives for AM implementation, changeover optimization, and loss elimination. /lilibPerformance Management: /bSupport daily meetings, coach teams on standards and loss analysis, and ensure effective gap closure. /lilibSafety Quality: /bIntegrate safety into process improvements and ensure quality compliance during AM and changeovers. /lilibPeople Development: /bTrain team on problem-solving, AM practices, and defect handling. /lilibDelivery: /bMonitor process standards (cleaning, inspection, lubrication, changeovers) to maintain flow and prevent downtime. /lilibCost Control: /bDrive OEE improvement, material efficiency, and waste reduction through systematic problem-solving. /lilibInnovation: /bImplement best practices, support new technology deployment, and ensure operational readiness. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for /h3 pbRequired Profile /b /p ulliHigh School Diploma / Technical Degree; University Degree in Engineering or a related field preferred. /liliCertifications or formal training in Lean Manufacturing,



WCM or similar methodologies are preferable /liliSignificant experience in a process-oriented role within a manufacturing environment. /liliProven success in coaching and leading process improvement initiatives at the cell or departmental level. /liliPotential and readiness to advance into higher technical or management roles. /liliDemonstrated experience implementing and leading process improvement initiatives. /li /ul h3Technical Competences /h3 ulliExperience in conducting loss gap analysis, standardizing operational processes and deploying Autonomous Maintenance approach. /liliDeep expertise in structured problem-solving techniques and root cause analysis. /liliFamiliar with tools such as 5 Whys, FMEA, and statistical analysis to systematically eliminate deviations. /liliExpertise in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks to drive continuous improvement. /li /ul h3Leadership Competences /h3 ulliStrong analytical approach. /liliCapability to deploy structured problem-solving methods to address and prevent process issues. /liliProven ability to coach and develop teams, /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ulliDiscount on Amazon products /liliAffinity University platform:
