ppbWe are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team on a temporary basis until the end of the year. /b /p pThe Customer Service Representative acts as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring excellent service throughout the order-to-delivery process. /p pThe role is critical in coordinating with internal departments (Sales, Production, Logistics, and Planning) to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfilment within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /p h3Typical Responsibilities: /h3 ul liManage the full order lifecycle, from order entry to delivery /li liAct as the main interface between customers and internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Production) /li liMonitor order status and proactively communicate updates, delays, or potential issues /li liEnsure accurate data entry and maintenance in ERP systems /li liCoordinate with production planning to align customer requirements with manufacturing schedules /li liHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and claims, ensuring timely resolution and high customer satisfaction /li liSupport the Sales Team in the preparation of the quotations /li liAnswer customer phone calls and make outbound calls to customers for questions on orders, account, etc.
