/lili Support critical customer escalations and major quality incidents. /lili Coach and develop engineers, quality professionals, and plant teams in structured problem-solving techniques. /lili Standardize and promote best-in-class problem-solving methodologies across the organization. /lili Collaborate closely with Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, RD, Operations, and Supplier Quality teams. /lili Support new product launches through proactive identification and mitigation of process risks. /lili Present technical findings, recommendations, and project results to senior leadership and customers. /li /ulp Qualifications: /pulli Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. /li /ulp Required Experience /pulli8-10 years of experience in automotive or manufacturing environments. /lili At least 5 years of hands-on experience applying the Shainin Red X problem-solving methodology. /lili Certified Shainin Red X Practitioner. /li /ulp Technical Expertise /pulli Deep expertise in Design of Experiments (DOE). /lili Advanced statistical analysis skills using Minitab or equivalent tools.
